Most Snake Jewellery orders will be shipped to your nominated shipping address in Australia by registered post within 3 days of confirmation of payment. Shipping cost is AUD$5 irrespective of your order size. Because many of our items are made to order, some products will take longer. Estimated delivery times are noted on product pages. If you are shopping from outside of Australia, shipping cost is AUD$10 (insurance is optional and the insurance cost is dependant on your location). Please contact us if you require a quote for insurance. Please allow 21 days for delivery, although deliveries to most countries are made within 10 working days.

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for exchange or refund.
